Do you offer personalization?

Most of our pieces are pre-designed to say exactly what you're thinking, even if you wouldn’t say it out loud. If a product allows custom options like names or dates, you’ll see them clearly listed on the product page.


How long does it take to get my order?

Each item is made just for you. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing. After that, shipping time depends on your location:

USA & Canada: 5 to 15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 12 business days

UK & Europe: 7 to 18 business days

International: 10 to 20 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us at support@bigmadlove.com as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.


What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short note. We’ll take care of it with a replacement or another solution.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order. Thanks for understanding.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
